Placed an order? Then we get to work right away. We ship exclusively with PostNL and do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 17:00 are dispatched the same day. PostNL may sometimes experience delays; we have no influence over this. Please keep a close eye on your track & trace.

Collect at a PostNL point or parcel locker
Prefer not to wait at home? When ordering, you can often choose delivery to a PostNL collection point or a PostNL parcel locker. Always follow PostNL’s instructions (email/app) for collection.

Choose a location during checkout. Once your parcel arrives, you’ll receive an update via track & trace (often also via the app).
PostNL parcel locker
- You receive a message with a pickup code (email/SMS/app).
- Go to the locker and enter the code.
- The compartment opens: take your parcel and close the door.
✓ Important: Please double-check your address and/or pickup point during checkout. We follow the details you enter.
✓ Sometimes PostNL may deliver a parcel (e.g. during busy periods, weather conditions or delivery restrictions) to a nearby PostNL location instead of the home address. PostNL will notify you with the pickup location and instructions. Keep an eye on track & trace (ideally in the app).

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Select ‘Collection’ at checkout. Always wait for your collection notification — then your order will be ready for you.
