My order has arrived broken / incomplete
In some cases it may happen that your order does not arrive correctly. You must report the damage to our customer service within 2 working days after receipt of your order. We will then do our best to find a suitable solution. In most cases you will be able to return your order and we will send the repaired or new products to you free of charge as soon as possible. How to do this can be read in "What do I have to do to return products?"

Easily create a return label

You can easily download a return label via the return link. You can find these in the confirmation message " Your order is on the way ".

I would like to exchange

If you want to exchange the product you have received, this is possible. You can contact customer service and return your product. You bear the costs for your return shipment. We will then send the right product to you free of charge as soon as possible. You can find out how to do this at "What do I have to do to return products?"

Within how many days can I send something back?

You can return your product (s) within 14 days. You bear the costs for this return shipment. In this case, we will refund the purchase price including shipping costs to your account within 14 days. How to do this can be found under "What do I have to do to return products?"

What do I have to do to return products?

As indicated in the general conditions, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt of our products. Below is an explanation of how the revocation process at DRD Rodent Store is progressing and what preconditions apply to this.

Do you want to use the right of withdrawal or do you want to exchange, you have to go through the following steps:

  • When you have an account with us you can make a return request via your account.
  • If you do not have an account, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your return request.
  • Mention your order number in the e-mail, otherwise we can not process your return request.
  • You complete the withdrawal form or the exchange form completely and add it to the box.


The returned products should be reasonably, undamaged, clean and without traces of use, packaged in the original manner in undamaged packaging and complete with, among other things, the supplied documentation, accessories, etc. to be returned. If returned products do not meet these requirements, then DRD Rodent Shop can deduct either a reasonable fee from the amount to be refunded for making the returned product suitable for reselling (repackaging, supplementing with missing parts).

If you have followed the instructions above, we will return to you the amounts you paid as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods. To do this, you must state your bank or giro account number and the name of the account holder with the return shipment. Refund of the purchase amount will include the shipping costs of the forwarding. The costs for the return shipment are for your own account.

How quickly will my money be refunded?

Should a credit arise after the processing of your return shipment, you will receive a message about this and we aim to refund the amount to your account within 14 days.
