When a rabbit or rodent is temporarily unable to eat (enough) on its own, you want to be able to offer something quick and easy. Bunny Nature GoVet RescueFeed is a 100% natural mix that you mix into a paste with lukewarm water. You can then feed it with a syringe, for example, during recovery periods after dental surgery or when eating is temporarily difficult.
✓ Handy when you eat less (temporarily): you can quickly make a porridge
✓ Energy and fiber rich composition to support intake
✓ With water lentil protein, spirulina, inulin and lignocellulose
✓ Easy to feed with a feeding syringe (via the corner of the mouth)
✓ 100% natural mix, suitable for an "emergency pharmacy" for small animals
✓ Practical: prepare fresh portions and keep leftovers refrigerated (do not feed cold)
For rabbits and many rodents, a consistent fiber intake is important. If eating is temporarily difficult, a supplementary feed can help them get something to eat until normal eating patterns return. RescueFeed combines a fiber-rich base (including timothy and fiber components like lignocellulose) with ingredients suitable for recovery periods: water lentil protein provides essential amino acids, and spirulina and inulin are added as supplementary components to the mix. This provides a complete, easy-to-measure feed for temporary support.
Growth of permanent pastures (including timothy and herb-rich grassland), timothy, oat bran, wheat bran, oat flakes, duck cream protein (7.3%), carrot pomace, linseed extracted, sunflower seed extracted, rapeseed extracted, milk thistle seeds (2%), brewer's grains, brewer's yeast, spirulina (1%), lignocellulose (1%), dandelion root (0.7%), dandelion leaves, inulin (0.6%), nettle leaves, rosehip peel, ribwort leaves, chamomile flowers.

Which animals is RescueFeed suitable for?
For rabbits and rodents that are temporarily unable to eat independently (enough), for example after an operation or when eating is difficult due to circumstances.
How do I prepare the porridge?
Mix the powder with lukewarm water until smooth. It's best to make smaller portions and mix them fresh to preserve their flavor.
How often can I feed?
Divide the daily ration into 3–5 servings. If more intensive feeding is necessary, small portions every 2–4 hours are often used. If in doubt, discuss the amount and duration with your veterinarian.
Can I save leftovers?
Yes, keep leftovers in the refrigerator and feed them promptly. Don't feed them cold: let them come to room temperature.
What is important when syringe feeding?
Have your pet sit in a natural position, feed through the corner of the mouth, and give small amounts at intervals so your pet can swallow properly. Stop if your pet is clearly stressed or choking.
