Product description

JR Farm Timothy Harvest – natural timothy enrichment to pick, nibble, and discover

Do you want to give your animal something that looks natural, smells good, and also provides fun entertainment? Then JR Farm Timothy Harvest is a great addition to their enclosure. This Timothy Harvest consists of natural grasses in their original form, ensuring your animal not only gets a tasty treat but also something to really keep them occupied.

That is what makes this product so pleasant to use. You don't just put it down as a quick snack, but provide a varied extra that animals can pluck, nibble, and forage with. Timothy is a well-known and beloved grass species, especially for herbivores such as guinea pigs, rabbits, and chinchillas. Many small rodents also find it interesting as natural enrichment in a scape or on the bedding.

In short

  • Grain-free timothy harvest in its natural form
  • Fun as nibble-based enrichment and a foraging activity.
  • Especially nice as a supplement for herbivorous animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs.
  • Also beautiful in a naturally decorated enclosure or scape.

Natural enrichment – your animal can pluck, pull, and nibble on its own
Grain-free – a great choice if you like to give natural treats without grains
High in fiber – suitable for animals that like to nibble on grass-like textures
Versatile use – lay flat, stand upright, or secure in the enclosure
Also decorative – looks great in hamsterscaping and gerbilscaping

Why choose JR Farm Timothy Harvest?

JR Farm Timothy Oogst is especially great if you want to give your animal more variety without making things complicated. The product looks natural, is easy to offer, and suits animals that like to pull or nibble on things. Instead of a snack that is gone immediately, you provide something your animal can work with step by step.

For herbivores, timothy is particularly interesting because it is a grass species that fits well into a fiber-rich environment. For small seed-eating rodents, it is primarily a nice natural addition to their enclosure. As a result, this product is versatile: as enrichment, as a decorative addition, and as a varied snack alongside their regular daily diet.

Do you like using natural materials in the enclosure? Then this harvest also fits in visually very nicely among bedding, wood, cork, and other harvested products. Also take a look at our timothy products or continue shopping in the herb harvest section .

Suitable for which animals?

Mouse – Nice as natural enrichment in the enclosure. Mice mainly use it to sniff, explore, and pull off small parts.

Dwarf hamster – Great as a foraging extra or as a natural addition to a scape. You can offer it separately or incorporate it into the bedding.

Hamster – A fun extra for hamsters who like to pluck, drag, and explore their enclosure. Fits well in a naturally decorated enclosure.

Gerbil – Gerbils often find it interesting to pull natural materials apart. This makes it a fun enrichment alongside other harvested products.

Dwarf Rat & Rat – Suitable as varied gnawing and sniffing enrichment. Rats enjoy exploring new textures and sometimes take interesting pieces with them.

Guinea pig – Especially for guinea pigs, timothy is a fine, natural grass species as a supplement alongside hay and their regular daily diet.

Rabbit – Rabbits can enjoy nibbling on this as a varied extra. Consider it enrichment alongside the regular base of hay and their normal diet.

Chinchilla – For chinchillas too, this is a nice fiber-rich extra to pluck at and for some variety in the menu.

How do you use JR Farm Timothy Harvest?

You can offer JR Farm Timothy Harvest in various ways. Place a small tuft loosely on the bedding if you simply want to give your animal something extra. If you want more of a challenge, you can place it upright in the bedding so your animal has to pluck it themselves. This works especially well for hamsters, dwarf hamsters, mice, and gerbils.

You can also attach it to the bars with a snack clip or mount it on glass using a suction cup with a clip . This allows for easy rotation and keeps the product interesting for longer.

For herbivorous animals such as guinea pigs, rabbits, and chinchillas, use it as a varied extra alongside the standard base. For small rodents, it is primarily a fun natural snack and enrichment in the enclosure.
