Why raspberry leaves?

Leaves are a great way to add texture and aroma to hay. Raspberry leaves are often readily accepted and are ideal as a base leaf to offer regularly in small portions. Scattering them or mixing them into hay makes feeding more enjoyable and helps your pet stay naturally occupied.

For which animals?

  • Particularly suitable as a supplement for: rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and degus
  • Also nice as a variation for: rats, hamsters, gerbils and mice (small portions)

Feeding & use

  • Provide a small portion loose in the enclosure or as a topping through the hay.
  • Sprinkle some leaves in several places so your animal can search for them.
  • You can also combine it with other leaves or some dried vegetables/herbs for extra variety.

Compound

100% dried raspberry leaves.

Good to know

  • This is a supplementary product and does not replace hay and suitable main feed.
  • Store in a dry, cool place and tightly closed to preserve fragrance and texture.
  • Remove any leftovers if they become damp or soiled.

FAQ

Can I give raspberry leaves daily?
Yes, as a small supplement, it's perfectly fine. Many customers use it as a topping for hay or as a scattering mix for variety.

Which size should I choose: 150g or 400g?
150g is good to try or as a variation alongside other leafy greens. 400g is handy if you use this frequently or have multiple animals.

My pet won't eat it right away, what can I do?
Mix a small amount into hay or sprinkle it in several places throughout the enclosure. If it's easy to find, it'll often become more interesting faster.
