This food consists of a wide variety of plants, grasses, and herbs (63 species) from untreated pastures. Its coarse texture, high fiber content, and balanced composition make KonijnenDroom YOUNG suitable as a daily staple for young (dwarf) rabbits, always combined with unlimited hay. Specialist since 2011.
✔ Natural variation: 63 plants & herbs from untreated meadows
✔ 3-Fiber Mix with different fiber lengths (structure-oriented)
✔ Coarse structure that supports chewing and makes the food “work”
✔ With chicory inulin as part of a fiber-rich composition
✔ Can be fed freely as a complete base for young rabbits (in addition to hay)
Good junior rabbit food supports development without unnecessary stress. For young rabbits, this primarily means sufficient roughage, a texture that encourages chewing, and a composition suitable for growth. KonijnenDroom YOUNG fulfills this need with natural ingredients, a clear structure, and a balanced profile for the growth phase.
✔ Tailored to the growth phase
The composition has been developed for young (dwarf) rabbits up to approximately 6 months of age, with attention to growth, digestion and dental development.
✔ Rich in fiber with 3-fiber mix
The 3-Fiber Mix contains different fiber lengths. This makes the food structured and suitable for chewing behavior and stable bowel function.
✔ Natural variation (63 plants & herbs)
Grasses, herbs and plants such as parsley, dandelion, chamomile and yarrow provide variety and are in line with natural feeding behaviour.
✔ Coarse structure
The coarse structure makes the food pleasant to nibble on and helps to make mealtimes calmer.
✔ With chicory inulin
Inulin from chicory is often used as a prebiotic fibre in rabbit food and fits into a fibre-rich composition.
