This soft paper bedding combines white and pink paper shreds for a fresh, colourful setup. The absorbent paper is suitable as bedding and nesting material for rodents and rabbits. The colour mix looks especially attractive in a hamster setup alongside wooden houses, cork tunnels and other natural materials.

You can spread the paper across the floor, incorporate it into a digging layer or use it to create a soft nesting area. The pack contains approximately 36 litres.

Soft paper with a practical splash of colour

The soft paper shreds are easy to loosen and spread throughout the enclosure. The material absorbs moisture and gives small rodents paper to gather and work into their nests.

According to the manufacturer, the paper can absorb up to six times its own weight in moisture and offers up to 14 days of odour control. How long the bedding stays fresh also depends on the animals, the setup and your cleaning routine. Check the areas they use every day.

Looking mainly for a pink and white accent? Use the paper in a defined section of the enclosure. This allows you to create a deeper layer over a smaller area with one pack.

Which animals is this bedding suitable for?

This paper bedding is suitable for mice, dwarf hamsters, hamsters, gerbils, dwarf rats, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas and degus. Match the depth and use to the animals: as a digging layer, soft floor bedding or an addition to a nesting area.

Use and maintenance

• Loosen the paper thoroughly before use so it can be spread into a fluffy layer.
• Distribute it over the desired area and build up the layer to your chosen depth.
• For a splash of colour, fill part of the enclosure or add paper to your existing setup.
• Check daily for wet and soiled patches. Remove these and top up with clean paper.
• Replace the bedding regularly according to use and the number of animals.

Length × width × bedding depth in cm ÷ 1000 = litres required.
