JR Farm Grainless Health Mix is a grain-free, varied rabbit food with a broad base of grasses and herbs, supplemented with vegetables and seeds (such as carrots and linseed). The mix of textures makes this food appealing to rabbits who enjoy searching and nibbling. You can offer it in a bowl, and a small portion can also be used for foraging.
This food is a complete staple diet for adult rabbits, always supplemented with unlimited hay, fresh drinking water, and a daily portion of fresh vegetables. Hay remains the foundation of the diet.
The strength of this mix lies in its variety: a broad herb and grass base, supplemented with familiar ingredients like carrot, beetroot, fennel, and peppermint. This makes the food appealing to rabbits who like something to do while eating. Many owners also use this type of mix to enrich their diet with aroma and texture.
Do you want maximum control (especially with picky eaters)? Then an all-in-one pellet is often the most practical base. Also see: all-in-one food and Selective rabbit food .
It's recommended to only refill the food bowl when it's (almost) empty and not to give more than what's eaten in 24 hours. Because this is a mix, it helps to offer a clear daily portion so you can easily track appetite and any leftovers.
