Instructions for use

Rinse the sprouting food thoroughly under running water and let it soak in water for a maximum of 8 hours. Then rinse again, drain and let it sprout for 24-48 hours in a covered dish. Rinse again, drain and serve. Remove leftovers from the cage after 6 hours at the latest.
