Finding a suitable rodent cage is not always easy, we are happy to help you with this! The rodent cage must meet the requirements of the animal that will live in it. For example, small rodents such as mice and hamsters have completely different needs than a rat or guinea pig.
The rodent cage for small rodents
Small rodents such as: Mice, Dwarf Hamsters, Hamsters, and Gerbils need an enclosure that can be set up for digging. These animals are also real diggers in the wild and therefore need an enclosure that can accommodate a lot of ground cover.
The rodent cage for Rats
On the one hand, rats are excellent climbers, but on the other hand, they also enjoy digging. The animals are playful, active and like to have something to do. They need a spacious cage in which they can hang many toys and possibly use a digging bucket to dig in.
The Rabbit Enclosure
For indoor rabbits we recommend a room or part of a room instead of a cage or hutch. For outdoor rabbits, we recommend fencing off part of the garden for the run and a hutch as a night cage, but the animals must always have access to a run.
