It is very important that the openings of a house are large enough. If the entrances to a hamster house are too small, the hamster has to squeeze through. As a result, the hoarded grain kernels can damage the mucous membranes on the inside of the cheek pouches, which can lead to cheek pouch abscesses.

What is the best way to clean the log tunnel?
