Transport can be very stressful for Degus. However, we cannot always avoid it. If an animal is sick, it must of course be seen by a veterinarian. We always recommend transporting the Degu with at least one other animal/friend. The Degu will then feel much more at ease. It is important to always supervise when there are Degus in the transport box.
