Letzte war super - diesmal sehr enttäuschend. Produkte waren ok aber um einiges weniger. Verpackung war klarer minuspunkt.

For €35 I expected to receive a few items from the categories of toys, food, and snacks. What I received was 1 toy (the wiggle snack egg), 1x 500g bag of food, and 2 small snacks (a 25g dried apple mini jar and a cone). The rest of the box was mainly 2–3kg of cotton bedding and paper drizzle with biscuits scattered inside. I understand this might have been intended as a digging/sniffing box, but the presentation and the description (“GNAWING CRAZY” and “wealth of fun”) gave me different expectations. It would be very helpful if future boxes included a clearer description—for example, how many items can be expected, the general categories (toys, food, snacks, enrichment, etc.), and perhaps the theme of the box along with how it benefits the pet. That way, the surprise element is kept, but customers still know what kind of value they are getting. While I appreciate the idea behind the box and I hope my rat enjoys it, I did feel somewhat disappointed with the balance between price and content, as it didn’t quite match what I imagined from the description.

In snuffelbox nmr 7 ben ik meer teleurgesteld dan in de vorige versies. Ik had er meer van verwacht. De inhoud was cv, niet om te zeggen wauw. Niets van speelgoed deze keer.

de snoepjes die erbij zaten ze worden er vox-wild van haha en de grashangmat vinden ze erg fijn met die warme dagen! Dus ze zijn er blij mee!!!
