The different bars can be given at any time of the year, but it can be useful to give, for example, the Power seed bar and the Nut Bar from September to January, because they contain high-fat seeds that provide more energy for the winter.
The Elderberry Bar is suitable for all year round because of the extra vitamins.
The Earthworm Bar is perfect to give before the breeding season because of the extra proteins that are needed. The breeding season runs from March to July. The bar is then best offered from January/February up to and including August before the breeding season. However, in the winter there are hardly any proteins for the according to so occasionally in the winter a Bar with proteins is very welcome!
