Who is this for?
Custom package is for anyone who wants to (re)design their setup or is unsure whether the current enclosure is right. For example if:
- you (or your child) wants a pet and you want to be sure what’s truly needed.
- you’ve just started and want to begin the right way.
- you want to upgrade or go more natural (more enrichment/foraging).
- you’re unsure about the layout, bedding, hides or the wheel (for hamsters).
What do you get from us?
You receive a clear, practical recommendation you can apply right away. Depending on your situation, this may include:
- ✓ An enclosure setup plan (zones/layout, hiding, enrichment, feeding area, toilet/corner).
- ✓ Advice on bedding (depth, structure, low-dust where relevant; goal: digging/comfort/hygiene).
- ✓ A shopping list with suitable products (including alternatives by price/size).
- ✓ A short explanation: why it fits your animal (behaviour/safety/practical).
What do we need from you?
The better the input, the better the advice. Please include the following (preferably in one message) via the contact form:
1) About your animal
- Species + (if known) type/variant
- Age (approx.) + sex (if known)
- Character/behaviour (active, shy, chewer, digger, etc.)
- How many animals (e.g., 1 hamster, a pair of guinea pigs, etc.)
2) About your enclosure
- Enclosure type (glass, bars, C&C, run, terrarium)
- Measurements (L x W x H) and where it’s placed (indoor/outdoor, quiet spot)
- What’s in it now? (base, houses, wheel, platforms, etc.)
- Photos (preferably 2–4: top view + side view)
3) Your wishes
- Goal: basic setup, upgrade, more natural, more enrichment, etc.
- Budget indication (a rough idea is enough)
- Preferences: wood/cork, digging, quiet, easy cleaning
- What you definitely don’t want (e.g., certain materials/brands)

Is this only for beginners?
No. Even if you have experience, it’s helpful to discuss layout, materials, bedding and enrichment.
Do I need to already have an enclosure?
No. If you’re still choosing, share your available space and preference (glass/bars/C&C) — we’ll think along.
Can I send photos of my current setup?
Absolutely. With a top view and a side view we can quickly see what’s smart to improve.
Do I have to order afterwards?
No. The goal is for you to make the right choices with confidence. After that, you decide what to do with the advice.
