Now you can really start playing with the Trixie Play Suspension Bridge. It is mainly a bridge that can be hung in the enclosure so that the animals can walk over it. The bridge itself is made of untreated bare wood. Furthermore, the bridge has two fun play elements in the form of a floss rope and a ring rope. Both can be used for climbing, but also for gnawing and flossing the teeth. Mice in particular will enjoy climbing and hanging, hamsters are less good climbers, but can use the bridge ideally to walk from one side of the enclosure to the other. Our advice is not to hang the bridge too high for hamsters.

For mice and rats, this can be hung higher in the enclosure. Mice and rats are good climbers who like to stay at the top of the enclosure. Make sure that any fall is always broken.

For the other rodents, it must be hung lower, these animals often cannot climb very well and do not see depth. The exception to this is the Chinese Dwarf Hamster, which can climb better. The animals must always be able to get on and off easily.
